Our Barbeque Sauce is Home Made and seved with our pigs. We are currently in the R&D process for preparation to bottle our sauce. The sweetness is offset by the Jerk seasoning finish and that is the flavor profile we target.

The Rub is a special blend of spicy and savory seasonings that compliment the smoky flavors produced in the grill when grilling the pigs. A crunchy seasoned ham slice is all you need to make your mouth start watering!

Competition/News

The goal for this year is to get bach into the competition circuit. The las time I competed was at the Safeway National Capital Barbeque Battle in Washington DC. I may try a St. Louis style event in Salisbury MD. It is the Pork in the Park National sanctioned event.
