Our Barbeque Sauce is homemade and seved with our pigs. The sweetness is offset by the Jerk seasoning finish to give the perfect blend of a sweet and spicy flavor profile we target.

The Rub is a special blend of spicy and savory seasonings that compliment the smoky flavors produced in the grill when cooking the pigs. A crunchy seasoned ham slice is all you need to make your mouth start watering!

Competition/News

This year was our first competition with our grill at the Annapolis BarBayQ inagural KCBS event! My son had a great experience for a first timer since we went to finals! Our 3rd place in the Ribs category was icing on the cake in the 48 team field.
