My experience in Foodservice was extensive over a 20 year period. I worked 10 years of my career in the Annapolis hotels and then as Executive Chef at Goucher College in Towson MD. I also worked for the contract foodservice companies under Sodexho-Marroitt corporation and Aramark in Silver Spring MD. I have done Barbeque competition in Washington D.C. and Richmond Virginia for Memphis in May catagories as well as local competition like the Annapolis Gumbo Cookoff and Eastport Chilli (CASI Sanctioned) cookoff.
